The Selkies –
The Selkies are a contemporary folk-fusion duo from rural Kent featuring Nou Helm and Flo Stirrup. Both share multi-instrumental duties of ukulele, guitar and vocals.
The young duo have recently celebrated the release of their stunning debut EP on Smugglers Records.
Mimi O’Halloran –
Singer-songwriter Mimi O’Halloran, who’s captivating stage presence and seemingly limitless vocal ability never fail to enliven, enthral and inspire the collected audience. Mimi’s songs are wonderfully told stories laid bare and inflected with rhythmic brilliance on guitar and voice.
Poggy’s voice is like a raw element calling you back to the wild.
Charlie Tophill –
Known for her captivating performances, winning over audiences with a combination of witty cynicism, insight, intensity and a cheerful candour which is hard to pin down. Charlie’s writing style has developed into something more playful, edgier with an experimental streak, but she never fails to bring her audience something which can’t help but catch their attention: “her crystal clear, sharp etched voice and the feeling that you’re on to something.” (Americana UK)
Meg Janaway –
Gypsy, Soul music from Canterbury.
